This National Walking Day on 2nd April, we’re focusing on the health and wellbeing benefits of walking in the green and blue spaces in our natural environment, which have huge mental and physical health benefits.
One of our wonderful volunteers, Sharon Thomas, shares her passion for the SWCP through the lens of accessibility. Sharon is an enthusiastic access advocate and collaborates with rangers, the National Trust and the SWCPA to promote well-marked and wheelchair-accessible routes.
