With autumn just around the corner, we’ve reached out to Byron Woolacombe Holidays for their pick of dog-friendly walks a short distance from Woolacombe, taking in some of the most iconic sections of the South West Coast Path.
While the South West Coast Path is well known for its dramatic clifftop views, stunning landscapes and wildlife, it also offers a window into the region’s rich built heritage. From ancient chapels and tin mines to quirky follies and lookout huts, the trail is lined with fascinating heritage that tells the story of our coastline. Discover some of the historic buildings you can explore along the South West Coast Path.
We aim to make our Coast Path Connectors community walks as accessible as possible for as many people as possible. Where we can, we like to use public transport so that everyone can get to the start points easily and so that participants can do the walks by themselves at a later date.
