Last week we were thrilled to take part in the City Nature Challenge, an international event promoted locally by the @plymsoundnmp, where people around the world find and document the wildlife in and around their city. On Friday we led a group for a 6-mile walk from Cremyll to Kingsand, Maker and back through Mt Edgcumbe Park, recording some of the wildflowers, invertebrates and bird life along the way. The group recorded 25 species of wildflowers, 8 species of invertebrates and 10 species of birds. Have you walked the improved route of the South West Coast Path at Down End near Croyde in North Devon? Today, we headed out with Leigh from @trashfreetrails for a day of litter picking on the #SWCP from Gwithian Green Nature Reserve along the dunes to Hayle, in West Cornwall.
